These are the terms for the text messaging program and for using this site. Set & Signal Productions is the registered assumed business name of David Teter, who is the party to these terms. What is held about you, and what never leaves, is on the privacy page.

Opting in at checkout signs you up for ticket confirmations and event reminders for nights you hold tickets to — date, time, venue, and arrival details. Texting the house number gets a reply to your question. Message frequency varies by event, typically one to three messages per event. Message and data rates may apply; your carrier's standard charges are yours.
Each event sets its own rules — ages, phone and photography policy, arrival window — and states them on the listing, at checkout, in your confirmation, and on the ticket or envelope itself. Those are the terms for that night. Reserving holds the online price for door payment; a reservation is a held place, not a charge. Payments made online are handled by our payment processor under its own terms. Questions about a specific night or order: hello@setandsignal.com.
Changes to these terms take effect when posted on this page, with the date above updated to match. Continued use of the messaging program after a change means the new terms apply; STOP always works regardless.
