2Pick one night. Curate hard — fewer acts, better acts. Say no to almost everything.

3Transform it 30 minutes before doors: a scent at the entrance, kill the house lights, one warm pin-spot on the mic.

4Make people sign in by hand. Hand them something to keep. No scanning, no accounts.

5Leave an artifact behind — a flyer on a corkboard, a sticker on a lamp post, a stamped card in a pocket.

6Track who showed up. Reward the reliable. Let the ghosts quietly fade.

7Give the next person a kit. Then get out of their way. That's the whole point.
