Five items, five minutes: attendance · room setup · tonight's numbers · the grace refresher · assignments. No meeting, no doors.
THE CONDITION SIGNAL
GREEN = guarantee met → skip the stamp audit, cookies for all. RED = missed → audit stamps, say the support-the-venue line, still a cookie. Never a charge; standing is the producer's call, later. You read a color; you never do math.
